I am so sad to hear Jacques has passed. A true and dear friend through our twinning. Jacques once said that the Twinning was one of the best ventures he had undertaken. We are so glad he had the vision as we have had many years of friendship and culture exchange and we are all the better as a result. Jacques was always welcoming and friendly with a beautiful sense of humour, that I will never forget. I offer my sincere sympathy and deepest condolences to all Jacques family and friends. May your gentle soul Rest in Peace Jacques in the company of the Angels gone before you.
